Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Normally, we need confirm that what is your order quantity, then will add to our production scheduale. Norally we will finish a 20ft container order in 30 work days. But if your order is a small quantity, and we have these itmes in stock, will ship them out in 1-3days.

Q: Where my order ship from?   
A: All of our products will ship from Dongguan China. And our local sea port is Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

Q: How can I place an order? Are u a wholesaler or retailer？
A: CPM is not a retailer, we are Chinese manufacturer and wholesaler, we only wholesale our products. If you want to place an order, please submit your inquiry or send email to contact our sales, we will get touch with you A.S.A.P

Q: What is the minimum order value?
A: We don't set a minimum order value, if we have the enough qty in stock, we will not require MOQ, but if don't, pls contact us to check the MOQ for each item.

Q: How Can I make my payment
A：We accept T/T, But if your order amount is under $2000, we will accept PayPal and Westen Union.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: when your oder amount over $3000, we will require 50% pre-payment, and balance to be paid against the copy of B/L. If your order amount is under $3000, 100% in advance is required.

Q: Are CP Mfg a Chinese Company?
A: CP Mfg Ltd is an Offshore company in Hongkong, her Physical factory is CaiPai Plastic Hardware Co., Ltd who located in Dongguan China. And there is a branch factory locate in Huizhou City.

Q: Where do CPM supply their products to?
A: ACPM have a sales team which covers domestic market and international market. We also have an distributor in Italy and Netherlands.
